Granite Hills Frosh/Soph Wrestling

Tournament

DATE:  Saturday, December 2, 2006

TIME:   7:00 a.m. to 8:00 weigh-in  Wrestling begins at 9:00 am

PLACE: Granite Hills HS gym: 22900 Esaws Rd., Apple Valley, CA  92307

COST:   $200.00 for a team of 28 frosh/soph wrestlers. A fee of 

               $5.00 will apply for each additional athlete.

DETAILS

The tournament will be divided into a freshman division and a sophomore division.  After weigh-in occurs, the eight lightest wrestlers in each division will be grouped together.  Additional groups of eight will be formed as determined by weight. 

Efforts will be made to assign wrestlers from the same school to different groups.  Please bring only those athletes who are not seniors or lettermen.

Wrestlers are guaranteed two 1:2:2 matches.

A snack bar will be provided and tournament t-shirts will be available for purchase.  A complimentary meal will be served for all coaches.
